It's that time of year when you gotta wear a jacket and hat in the mornings, and by the time the afternoon rolls around you're stripping off clothes like a desert nomad. But regardless, after the seventh-coldest February on record, the high temps in March have been exhilarating. Warm enough to get out and high-five somebody....just to do it! Happy Spring....and I notice, Happy St. Patty's Day too!
